How old do I need to be to go on a Surfing experience?

Most surfing lessons can cater for children as young as 8 years of age and usually there is no upper age limit, just anyone taking part must be in good physical health. In recent years, Paddleboarding has become a popular sport for all the family as is also known as Paddle Surfing. You can stand or kneel on the board and propel yourself along using a paddle. Once you have become familiar with the board and mastered the basic paddle techniques you can begin exploring the Padstow area.
