The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown has had an impact on our call centre so we thank our customers for their patience and understanding over the longer than usual response times.
We are still here, but most our team are working from home so please excuse us if you hear household noises in the background.
Click the green 'Help' button (bottom right of screen) to open an online chat or search for help topics, we may be able to answer your question without the need to speak to an agent.
If our chat agents are all busy then you can leave us a message. Please choose the most relevant option for your enquiry to ensure it get's the right department.
If you have a gift voucher and wish to check for dates, you can also do this online by going to 'my voucher' from the top menu.
Please try and login again with your voucher if you have activated it but yet to have date confirmed.
