How to Get Help

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on our call centre so we thank our customers for their patience and understanding over the longer than usual response times.

Click the green 'Help' button (bottom right of screen) to open an online chat or search for help topics, we may be able to answer your question without the need to speak to an agent.

If our chat agents are all busy then you can leave us a message. Please choose the most relevant option for your enquiry to ensure it get's the right department.

If you have a gift voucher and wish to check for dates, you can also do this online by going to 'my voucher' from the top menu.

Please try and login again with your voucher if you have activated it but yet to have date confirmed.
