The kayaks and canoes you will be using are very stable and designed for tuition so you are unlikely to fall out unless you try very hard (we recommend taking a towel and some warm clothes, just in case)!
Don’t worry, you will be wearing a buoyancy aid and an instructor will always be on hand to help you improve your paddle technique. With the paddle in your hands, you will soon be powering yourself along the water, taking in the sights, making your experience as relaxing or as adrenaline-filled as you like.
