Wall Eden Farm, which is adjacent to Highbridge, serves as the starting location for this kayak day. The outdoor adventure centre is located on the Somerset Levels, close to the Mendip Hills, and is easily reachable from the M5. Interestingly - these wetlands are the ancient water network that feed the river as it travels toward Glastonbury.

  • A good general level of fitness is required
  • Participants must be able to swim and should be confident in the water
  • Buoyancy aids provided and must be worn at all times
  • Not suitable if you are pregnant or have a history of epilepsy

  • Spectators are welcome to watch your departure

  • 13:00-16:30

  • Waterproof clothing, depending on the weather
  • A spare change of clothes
