Whilst it’s widely accepted that the classic gold standard for Aston Martin is the DB5, they’re also one of the few supercar marques who have always had the knowledge to know that they couldn’t just get by trading on heritage alone. They have always had the foresight to evolve.
Hence the DB6, which, whilst retaining the same timeless feel in design, takes everything that made its predecessor so well loved and boosts it to the next level when it comes to engineering. For starters, there is the much broader 3.75 inch wheel base, which allows for much greater control and handling of the road at high speeds.
And high speeds are something this Aston Martin can deliver with bells on. It’s boosted up to a 4.0 litre engine, packing 314 bhp, and boasts a top speed of 150 mph, going from 0 - 60 mph in just under 9 seconds.
