Generally, your gravity-induced experience will take place from a fixed platform, or a mobile crane. You’ll be briefed by your instructor before being (very) securely harnessed and led toward the edge of the platform, where your jump will take place. After a count, you’ll be told to leap forward. With your body now filled with adrenaline, you’ll free fall before feeling the tug of the attached cord slow your descent and spring you back up before you come to a standstill, wanting to do it all again.
