The Abyss @ Magna, a former steelworks venue, has been described as an a disorientating attack on the senses by a national newspaper. This unique venue provides a completely new experience that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. You will get to take on the Zip Wire, Abseiling, and The Drop in this experience, creating a ‘pinch me moment’ that you won't forget. Safety briefing
The Triple Whammy Experience Consists of the Following:
Zip Wire - Standing 70ft in height this zipwire stretches out 250ft down the length of The Abyss @ Magna.
Abseil - Climb the steps in Magna's 150ft Face of Steel Building, before abseiling down.
The Drop - Step off a platform in the 150ft Face of Steel and experience the adrenaline of free-fall.
Some people can take longer than others, so please remember to be patient and take your time too. The times below are not exact but are the maximum amount of time you should take to complete your experience:
Triple Whammy Experience - please allow at least 3hrs on site
Pre-Booking: Due to a limited number of spaces being available on each event, it is necessary for you to pre-book your jump before the day of your event. If you arrive on the day of the event without previously booking your experience UK Bungee Club may not be able to accommodate your jump.
What to Wear / Equipment: Dress in comfortable, casual clothes. Skirts / dresses are not recommended. Also please refrain from wearing boots or anything that may interfere with ankle harnesses otherwise they will have to be removed prior to jumping. Trainers and securely fastened shoes are fine.
Group Size / Spectators: You are welcome to bring spectators free of charge to watch you jump.
Mobile Contact Number: Please ensure that you provide a contact telephone number when booking this experience, as we need a mobile contact number for the day of your jump in case of inclement weather.
Minimum Age: You can NOT participate if you are Under 11 years old, 11-15 year olds require a parent or guardian to be present, sign permission and will be required to complete a non-standard waiver.
Maximum weight limit for a solo jumper: 120kg (18.9 stone)
Waist Harness: Waist harnesses fit waist size of 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inc)
You can NOT jump: If you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
If any of the following apply, you must seek professional medical advice before jumping and sign a non-standard waiver: High blood pressure, heart condition, suffer from dizziness or epilepsy, damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes, or you are an asthma sufferer. If you are taking any form of prescribed medication, please inform us of how this may affect you.
If you are over 50 years old:You must seek professional medical advice before jumping and you will be required to sign a non-standard waiver stating this, alongside the fact you are aware that your age may contribute to a greater risk of aggravating any present or past medical and/or physical condition.
If you are not in good health:You should NOT participate. The suppliers are not medically trained professionals and therefore cannot comment on individual cases, therefore it is strongly recommended you consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your health.
The experience runs approximately once a month on selected Saturdays.
This activity is held indoors so will not be affected by the weather.
There is ample parking at the venue.

You can purchase photos, videos and merchandise including t-shirts and hoodies online during the booking process, over the phone with the UK Bungee Club’s Customer Care Team or on the day of your jump. There is lots to choose from!
Due to a limited number of spaces being available on each event it is necessary for you to pre-book your jump before the day of your event. If you arrive on the day of the event without previously booking your experience we may not be able to accommodate your jump.
Our ethos is that your 'experience' should begin from the moment you first browse the site and we can deliver this because of:
- once you buy a voucher you are not then left to book the experience yourself. We handle your booking from A-Z, not only providing online dates but also dealing with the supplier to secure your date. Even after you have had your experience, we will ask you for a review of the event to ensure everything went ok.
- Our core staff have been working in the industry since 2004 and have all the experience necessary to deliver the experience that is perfect for you.
- Each venue and provider has been vetted by us and reviewed by our customers meaning we can give you honest, unbiased advice about what you are ordering.
- We have 3 lines of communication; phone, chat and email and our customer service centre is open 6 days a week. The average answer time for our call centre to answer is 20 seconds and we have a vast help section where you should be able to find any answer online.
