Newsletter to customers regarding Coronavirus Government restrictions - News

To our Track Days Customers,

We hope that you are keeping safe and keeping well in what is undoubtedly a worrying time for us all.

We have kept our office open for as long as we were safely able to do so, and would love dearly to be able to continue under normal circumstances. Alas, these are extraordinary times, and after careful consideration and assessment of the safety and well-being of our customers, employees, track day and experience providers alike, we have reached a decision that is for the greater good.

We have decided that in order to limit the lethal spread of COVID-19, and following the announcement from the Prime Minister on Monday evening, we are closing our call centre for Track Days with immediate effect.

This is not a decision that has been taken lightly, but we know that as individuals, as a company, and a key part of the track days and motorsport community, we need to play our part in helping to protect one another in this situation of national and global emergency.

We would like to reiterate that our commitment remains unchanged to supporting our customers and employees, and we have in place a core team of staff - all of whom are working remotely from home - who will be able to answer any queries you may have over e-mail and over online chat. We would ask for your kind assistance and patience if it takes a little while longer to respond to any queries, especially with the changing nature of the situation.

On that note, we do not have a definite time or date as of present as to when we will be in a position to reopen our office in safety. But we will stringently endeavour to continue following the advice of the UK Government, as well as Public Health England and Public Health Wales. We will inform you of these updates via our website, social media platforms and e-mails as and when they become available.

Any customer that has had an event cancelled because of this situation will be offered a 12 month credit, so that they can rebook this once it is safe to do so. If you have an open gift voucher that is still valid, but expires before the end of May, you can extend it for free for 3 months. We may review this as things unfold so please keep checking the website for updates. Information on how you can extend your voucher will be on the website this afternoon.

In the meantime, take care of yourselves, your loved ones, and your communities. We look forward to bringing you your next track day or driving experience when the time is safe and right.

Thank you again for your support, understanding and patience.
