We wanted to take this opportunity to update our customers on how our vouchers work, not just for those buying one, but also for those who are lucky enough to receive them.
1) Expiration date is not the date you must take your experience by, its the date you have to book it by. As long as you book your experience before the expiry, you can take the experience after the voucher expires. All vouchers last for 10 months, giving you plenty of time to get booked in on your perfect experience.
2) All vouchers can be moved to any other experience. Should driving a single seater not get your pulse racing but driving a rally spec Subaru on a gravel and dirt course would make your day, just ask! Our customer service agents will be happy to help you find the perfect experience.
3) Even if driving isn't your thing, we can move your booking to one of our sister sites for flying experiences, spa days or even a short break in a hotel, We have everything you could ever want!
4) Want to extend your voucher? We will happily extend a voucher should you wish to all you have to do is give us a call and we can extend it for another 10 months. Sometimes an admin fee applies.
5) Honest advice is always given at Trackdays. Not being tied to any particular circuit or provider means you have the entire market to pick from. No hassle of paying hidden fees for cars, laps or weekends from vouchers purchased from late deal websites. All our costs are up front and well displayed to make sure you know what your getting from the get go.
6) We don't sell a voucher and pass you off to someone else. You not only purchase but also book through us meaning one point of contact for the entire of the booking process. We do the legwork for you so you don't have to go searching around for dates at different circuits and waiting on the phone to get your gift organised,
