Digital Sports Group announced that the winner of their Michelin Tyres completion had a terrific time on his VIP day at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed (FoS). The competition which ran throughout June was for 5 trackdays.co.uk customers to win tickets to the event at Goodwood Circuit in West Sussex, with one of the tickets being a VIP pass.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an annual festival which runs around late June and early July and attracts thousands of visitors and some world class racing drivers and teams to enjoy some historic motor racing vehicles.
Digital Sports group through their track days and driving experience website trackdays.co.uk teamed up with Michelin Tyres (a sponsor of the FoS) to offer their customers a chance to win tickets. Trackdays.co.uk who also offer track day tyres had 5 guaranteed tickets set aside courtesy of Michelin with one of the tickets being a VIP pass.
The lucky winner of the top prize who chose not to be named wrote into trackdays.co.uk to say "Thank you for a terrific day at Goodwood, I always wanted to go but never seemed to get around to booking it. There was so much to see and had a photo with a hero of mine Freddie Spencer! (ex Motorcycle World Champion)".
