As we say goodbye to an unforgettable year in 2020 - for good and bad reasons - we look forward to some extremely exciting news from us here at TrackDays. Always passionate about providing the most diverse set of driving experiences possible, we now have an official new Novice Track in Staffordshire that’s perfect for track day beginners coming in 2021.
For those seasoned veterans of the track, this is the perfect opportunity to get your friends, families or loved ones involved and show them the thrills and buzz of taking the wheel round one of our novice tracks! Our new venue is Seighford Driving Centre, whose track is roughly 1 mile long, with two chicanes and 2 hair pins, making it the perfect track to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to approach the corners, driving lines and braking procedures.
We should mention that this is an exclusive Car Track Day venue, so this will sadly not be available to the motorbike community. But we suggest checking out the variety of other suitable novice tracks we have for that through our Bikes calendar here.
There is also a decibel noise limit of 105dB, which should be more than enough for most cars, so it really is an incredibly convenient track for beginners looking to test their cars and learn some skills behind the wheel.
On top of this, we also have an exclusive ARDS qualified instructor on site all day, and included in the price is 1 tuition session! This means you’ll get expert advice on how to approach the track, which will be the perfect addition to this beginners day!
As we know well enough here, it can be quite intimidating approaching a track that is a bit out of your comfort zone, so this new track will be a superb way of introducing novices to this adrenaline buzz that we are all so passionate about.
