The whole experience was brilliant . From the time we arrived the staff were welcoming and put us at ease. They gave very clear instructions and we were soon whizzing around Leeds castle! Definitely recommend.
Absolutely brilliant. It was the second time I've been but this time it was the adventure tour. I didn't want it to end. The staff on the tour, Becky and Daniel were lovely too. Would definitely book again.

I brought this for my mum for christmas and we had just the best time. All of the instructors were absolutely lovely and didnt rush any part of our experience. We are going back to do the twilight tour. Would definately recommend this experience

Short training but easy to learn how to operate.
The only negative thing is there are no directions at Leeds Castle to the Segway so had to park at Go Ape and ask.
Very nervous to begin with but soon got the hang of it and loved every minute - would definitely recommend the experience.
I had this experience as part of my 40th birthday celebrations and it was fab. The team are super friendly and very patient and the segway was great fun.
We had our experience at Leeds castle and went around the grounds hearing a few little snippets of history along the way.
I would definitely recommend and I will be returning again some day soon!!
We really enjoyed our Segway tour. The two staff had a great balance between being fun and friendly yet always professional. The tour left on time; there was no hanging around. The castle grounds were a beautiful backdrop and the it was great fun on the actual Segway. We would definitely recommend it and cannot wait to go again. Thanks to everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Segway tour. I found it challenging at first to master the art of the Segway but with the support of the staff I overcame it. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were top notch, funny, knowledgeable and FUN!
We did this for my daughters birthday, what a fantastic experience, none of us had any Segway experience but the staff who trained us were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the castle and grounds as we went on the tour!!!

I was given a Segway adventure at Leeds Castle as a leaving present from the children at the school from which I have recently left - and what great gift that was! Staff, training and Segways were all top class and I had a fantastic time.
Trainers were polite, friendly and professional ensuring a safe experience whilst still allowing those everyone to have fun.
Beautiful views of castle and grounds - I will recommend this to friends and would definitely go again.

Loved every moment of it. The two trainers were friendly, made you feel very comfortable and confident, making sure everybody was aware of any safety issues without stopping you having fun. Fab views, just all round a good experience.

This was a good introductory experience to Segway. We four were among a group of eight people, the maximum they allow at any one time. The instructors and two guides were very friendly and pleasant. As a group we were asked whether we would like the historical talk on the way and we said yes. However in hindsight we should have said no as this took up time when we could have had more time on the Seaways and we couldn't always hear what was being said. Although we enjoyed the ride, we were left feeling we could have had longer.
It was a very good experience! Definitely a memory to remember... Would have been nicer to spend a bit more time out on the segways as I didn't want it to end! Would defiantly recommend this

Had a fantastic segway tour round Leeds Castle. My only complaint was that there were 14 people in our group, so there seemed a lot of hanging around. This was actually 2 groups together, the 1/2 hour tour and the hour tour. This meant 14 of us were learning how to use the segways at the same time, and during the first 1/2 hour of the tour, all 14 of us were together - at one point we could race individually as fast as we could on a flat bit one by one, but if you were the first one to go, you had to hang round until the other 13 people came in. It would be better to have done the 2 tours separately. However, we got our full hour on the segway, so were not cheated out of time, and this did not really detract from the brilliant experience, and the great guides. Took one star off though....
Fantastic experience. Managed the hills!!! Interesting guide talking about the Castle . Only complaint is the difficulty negotiating the Web site to book tickets. Annoying having to put codes etc for each ticket when redeeming, if tickets booked individually. When you eventually get to go on the Sega it is brilliant.

Unfortunately, we have not had our Segway experience just yet due to the fantastic British weather! The company contacted me the day before stating that they had conflicting weather reports - one of which forecasting bad weather - and we had the choice of either postponing the event then or waiting to see what would happen with the possibility of the company being forced to postpone the activity should the weather prove to be too bad. As we were going to be travelling some distance, I decided to postpone our long-awaited day to a time when, hopefully the weather will be more favourable. I had to leave a message as I didn't pick up their message until late the day before. They returned my call early the next morning (a Sunday), and I have since rescheduled the adventure for early September. The company were really helpful and easy to work with. Hopefully I'll be able to come back on here after the 6th September to let you all know how good our experience is, but if it's organised as well as my dealings with them so far, I'm expecting great things! Thank you for making this unavoidable cancellation so easy. (Ps, the weather was particularly cold and horrible on the 26th July, so we did the right thing cancelling!)
Second time we've been here and this time we did the Adventure Tour - loved being able to do the big hill twice! The team were great and the leader for the day (Mike) was friendly, fun and informative. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do something a bit different.

My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed this new experience in the beautiful setting of Leeds Castle. Our tutorial was very good and the instructors were professional and patient with everyone. They made our adventure a fun and safe one, with their short knowledge of the history of the castle and their enthusiasm for the activity itself. We would have liked to be nearer the castle and to have been given a certificate to say we had participated for a keepsake and reminder of the day, but apart from that a wonderful experience and one we would love to try again.

The segway adventure at Leeds Castle was very well run by friendly staff, who explained it well and gave everyone confidence. The route was lovely around castle grounds and Segway staff explained history of castle etc. A fun couple of hours!
Having done a Segway ride before, we had an advantage but this is so easy! The instructors were brilliant and I would highly recommend this over Centre Parcs. The hour just flew by and Leeds Castle is stunning. If you have spare time, do this!!!!

It was terrific fun. The staff were excellent and very patient with those in the group who were on the nervous side. It would be a good idea to perhaps create another level for those who have used a Segway before. Then you could spend a complete hour riding in the grounds without the history lesson on the castle.
This was the second time my wife and I have had the Segway adventure at Leeds Castle. We wouldn't have repeated it if we hadn't had a great time. The organisers are very good with safety and the history of the castle. Segways are very easy to master as it does all the work for you, great fun
As a cyclist, thought it would be a doddle! Wrong! It takes a special technique which you do have to be shown by two very thorough and professional young men, so don't be complacent. Taken out of training mode off we went with great concentration and also admiring the landscape of Leeds Castle. To sum up, great fun, now having 'done a round' would love to go again but next time with more self-assurance. Would have a loved the chance of another round like a 'second time around but adhering to the trainers advice. Absolutely a must to do.

Because of the cost of the package I wasn't really expecting too much but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely proficient both in the way they carried out the training and how they interacted with individuals during the tour. Have already recommended it to friends

Good safe training session laced with advice, observations and wit by patient, helpful and informative staff. Then off round the grounds on the Segway. Great views and some history of the castle. Up and down slopes, over cambers and bouncing over bumpy trails all with a strong stay-safe culture and a huge grin at the end. Highly Recommended.

Myself and my 15 yr old daughter had a fantastic time on the Segway tour around Leeds Castle. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, funny and of course were informative about the history of the Castle and surrounding land.
Great experience! Time flew by! We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely views of Leeds Castle and a couple of opportunities to use segways at their top speed. The staff are all friendly and the training is very helpful.
Great experience. Good tuition for first timer. Only criticism is there is no-one to contact by phone for advice if having probs with pc. Castle doesn't open til 10am so if an early apt. no info as to how to get in - we went to deliveries and told to just wait at main gate. Perhaps a note on main gate would help. We weren't the only early birds.

The segways were surprisingly easy to master, the terrain was varied and the views were lovely.

Brilliant experience. Really enjoyable even in the rain. The gents running the tour were great, very helpful and allowed us every opportunity to either re-book an alternative date due to the bad weather or go ahead. We decided to go ahead with the tour and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Location of Leeds Castle was superb. Mixed terrain of tarmac and grass fields with hills was a good test for the individual and the segway.
Tour guide James was helpful, friendly and threw in the odd "jokes". Weather was ideal, but enough pathways to travel around if fields got too muddy.
what a great day, the guy's were very good who ran the tour, however a little less history would have improved the experience. Fabulous views from the course, and thought the offer to take a snap was good, as you don't get the opportunity.
A good experience! The instructors were welcoming and friendly and spent time explaining the segway. It would have been better to have had less 'history' and talking and more 'adventure'. The course was great although I would have preferred a circular route rather than coming back along the same paths.

Good introduction to the Segway's basic requirements and once the one to one initial training was completed everyone in the group easily mastered the basics and could follow the tour guide. Would recommend the adventure tour which lasts an hour, with occasional stops to admire the scenic beauty and learn a little about the estates past history.

I brought my daughter as part of her 19th Birthday celebrations. We were the only 2 people on our tour and were thoroughly impressed throughout.
It was brilliant. The guide was confident and comforting as I was nervous. His tid bits of history knowledge as we went round was really interesting. Great experience in a lovely setting!

This experience was great fun. We'd never been on a Segway before and thought the training was given in a very clear and friendly manner. We felt we'd learnt a new skill!

I took my grandson and we had an amazing time. Very proffessional and made sure we knew what we were doing and all safety aspects before we began. Once we went out our leaders took us all over. It was quality time well spent and i cant recommend it enough
