Give your kids a head start when it comes to learning to drive! During this junior driving lesson, your child can enjoy learning the basics of driving in a dual-controlled manual Citroen C1. This half hour lesson is designed for kids aged 10-16 year olds to get some behind the wheel training using simulated road scenarios! The training takes place in a private area away from traffic so the youngsters feel confident and safe as they learn to drive.
There are four driving centres to choose from (Staffordshire, Lancashire, Surrey and Yorkshire). The lesson includes:
In-car briefing with your certified instructor on the fundamentals of road safety, traffic laws & vehicle mechanics (steering wheel, brake, clutch and gears).
Practice essential manoeuvres such as steering and braking
Session of driving in simulated but realistic road hazards and challenging scenarios, honing their decision-making abilities and hazard perception skills
Receive a certificate of completion to show off to your friends and family.
The total session length will be half an hour.
The driver will have their certified instructor with them at all times. Parents and carers will be able to watch from a close by viewing area.
This is a half an hour lesson but you are likely to be at the venue for one to one and half hours from arrival to departure.

At most events there will also be adult and junior supercar driving sessions taking part on the main track. If there is availability, driving lesson certificate holders can have a go at driving a supercar (payable on the day).
These lessons are able to go ahead in most weather conditions. In the unlikely event a date has to be postponed due to a severe weather warning, customers will be notified as soon as possible in advance.
