Thruxton Circuit, near Andover in Hampshire, boasts some of the most awesome high-speed corners of any race circuit the UK, so if you feel the need for speed then make tracks to this legendary venue.

The iconic circuit also plays host to some highly prestigious motorsport events and Trackdays is now able to let you drive your own car around the track, so you too can experience the sweeping corners just the same as professional racing drivers.

Thruxton itself is situated in Hampshire, close to Andover and just a short drive from the M3 motorway, making it an ideal venue for those in the South of England. There is camping onsite at certain events, for a set fee of £40 per pitch, with a maximum of six adults per pitch. Pitch numbers are limited, and are on a first come first serve basis.

Showers, toilets, fresh water supply, and waste facilities are all available on the campsite. There is the popular Jackaroo restaurant on site, located near the old air traffic control tower, open seven days a week from 9am - 5pm. So prepare yourself for lap after lap of exhilarating track action driving your treasured motor, all within the confines of a professionally managed race circuit. Things to remember include abiding by the track regulations and for your car to be within the noise limit, but most important is to remember to have fun.

The R8 is one awesome supercar that commands respect and is yours to enjoy for six laps. With a blistering top speed in excess of 200mph, and a mind-blowing 0-60mph in a little over 3 seconds, the R8 is perfectly at home powering around one of the fastest circuits in the country.

Alternatively, the Megane Sport 275 will equally provide the perfect track weapon and is available to drive all day! It is a former Nürburgring front-wheel-drive lap record holder, and the particular model we have available to book is a rare example that comes complete with the Nürburgring pack.

The specification includes track spec tyres, Brembo callipers and adjustable Ohlins dampers. This car has been built for the track and we’re giving you the keys.
