More parents than ever are looking to let their children get behind the wheel of a supercar this May half term, according to our latest TrackDays.co.uk booking data.
Indeed, bookings for our Junior Supercar packages, which allows kids as young as 10 years old to get behind the wheel of a supercar, are up 48.3% compared to the same period last year.
Dan Jones, Operations Manager at TrackDays.co.uk, says: "Parents are clearly seeking alternative ways to keep their children entertained during the school holidays, and driving experiences for people aged 10 - 16 year olds now account for more than half of our top ten overall bookings."
"But getting behind the wheel of a desirable supercar isn't just child's play, as they will receive tuition from an instructor, learning the basic controls and road positioning before heading out onto the track. This can help them get a head start in a safe environment and learn valuable driving skills which could pay dividends by the time they're 17."
