Recipients of open gift vouchers that are purchased between the 17th March and the end of April 2020 will be eligible for a free extension if they are unable to redeem the voucher within 10 months as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The extension period will be a minimum of 3 extra months and decisions on longer extensions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
During the current pandemic, our customer service department will remain operational. We will email customers with updates about any changes to up and coming events as soon as we are informed.
Our customer service department will still be open from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm on Friday, but to minimise the amount of travel our staff have to do we are temporarily closing the lines on Saturdays.
