Christmas 2017 Last Posting Dates - News

We have three options for delivery if you are ordering a gift voucher this Christmas. Below is the information on the last post dates:

E-Vouchers - Don't worry, we'll have someone staying up late Xmas eve meaning you can leave it to the last possible minute to order an e-voucher before Christmas and we'll make sure you get it.

Gift Pack - Next Day Delivery - Please make sure you place your order no later than midday on Thursday 21st December. If you order after this time you may not get the voucher until the next working day after Christmas. You will receive a text message from DPD with tracking info and in-flight delivery options.

Gift Pack - Royal Mail 48 - Royal Mail have announced the last day for Xmas delivery via their 48 service is Tuesday 19th December. Our post is picked up at 3pm so the latest order time is 2pm. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery with this service.

Please note, we will be unable to refund gift pack and postage costs if you order outside of the dates stated above and do not receive the pack before Christmas Day. If you do miss the post, we can send you an e-voucher as back up. Our call centre is open the usual hours and also on Christmas Eve from 10am until 4pm.
