The British public's taste for class and style has shone through in our recent study conducted of our Supercar Driving Experience bookings here on TrackDays,, which has revealed that Aston Martin is the nation's supercar brand of choice.
Analysing data from thousands of our bookings on supercar driving experiences at race circuits and venues across the UK, has found that demand for Aston Martin driving experiences commands a one-in-four (26%) share among the top five most sought-after brands on our website.
The acclaimed British manufacturer's performance was significantly boosted by the popularity of the Aston Martin V8 Vantage experience, which has proved to be the most popular marque-specific product, attracting 17% of bookings from thrill-seekers and enthusiasts looking to get behind the wheel of a supercar.
In a tight race, Aston Martin edged out Italian competition, as iconic Ferrari and Lamborghini marques respectively attracted 25% and 24% of bookings. The Italians were followed by German automotive giants Audi and Porsche, which drew in 17% and 7% of bookings, respectively.
Dan Jones, operations manager at TrackDays.co.uk, says: "The fact that our Aston Martin driving experience packages are even more popular than other stylish brands from the continent is testament to the country's enduring love affair with the brand."
"Unsurprisingly, driving experiences in Ferraris and driving experiences in Lamborghinis are also well-favoured, with the California and Gallardo models featuring in our top five most popular marque-specific packages."
