As you climb up the walkways, you will eventually reach the middle of the famous roof, and then descend down the other side, enjoying stunning 360-degree views along the way. The experience of climbing and dining at The O2 may seem intense, but don't worry, you will be provided with a climbing outfit that includes a harness and special boots with sticky soles for added grip to face the windy conditions at the summit. You may feel nervous at first, as it's not every day that you walk up and over a massive roof structure, but the climbing team members are friendly and will be there to support and encourage you throughout the journey.

- If you are looking to 'Climb the O2' in the next few days, please advise our customer services team Monday-Friday during office hours. Voucher codes for online session bookings are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays
Climbers can now wear their own shoes if the tread is suitable:
- Velcro or laced fastening
- Deep tread – walking shoes/boots are ideal
- The soles/tread must be clean and free of mud and obstructions so as not to damage the walkway
- Fashion trainers with shallow treads are not suitable. The final decision as to suitability will be made by the team on the day.
- Climb shoes will be provided by us if your shoes are not appropriate or if you prefer to wear ours.
- You must wear socks
