Your adventure begins on flat ground, where you'll become accustomed to standing on the board with your feet in the bindings. After that, you’ll progress to a gentle slope, practising how to start and stop. Once you’ve mastered that, you’ll practice heel and toe-side J turns by applying pressure on your heels or toes to turn and finish uphill. From there, it’s all about perfecting those turns as you glide down the hill, looking impressive on your mountain board! All necessary gear is provided, including the board, bindings, helmet, and knee and elbow protection. A mountain board instructor will be with you to coach and support you throughout your mountain boarding experience at this friendly Hertfordshire location.
