Get a hands on experience cooking at the UK’s first Michelin Star Cookery School with a Half Day Cookery Class. Learn to recreate French born chef, Raymond Blanc’s favourite recipes with a variety of classes hosted for you to join. You will be taught cookery skills and techniques from Mark Peregrine’s (the school’s director) team of expert chefs. The classes will last around 3 hours, the morning session starting at 09.30 till 12.30 or an afternoon session starting at 14:00 to 17:00. Choose from courses such as; ‘Let's cook’ - Create an inspired three course seasonal menu, ‘Magic of Macarons’ - Master two Parisian delicacies, ‘Soufflés’ - Create both sweet and savoury soufflés or ‘Sweet and Simple Patisserie’ - Create desserts, cakes, tarts and soufflés. Once you have completed the half day of cooking you will be able to take home a certificate and new cooking skills to show off to all your friends.
