We made and decorated far more chocolates to take home than I envisaged. A wonderful workshop with a very friendly expert team of two who took time and care to ensure we were all thrilled with our final chocolates. Beyond what I expected. Lots of choices as to white, plain or milk, plenty of options for fillings and wide choice of moulds. I made mine with a dark chocolate ganache with raspberries, champagne and nuts heavenly Given gold boxes and wrapping ribbon to complete an exquisite gift. We even had a decorated chocolate lolly competition
