The chocolatier uses locally sourced ingredients such as cream, fruits, nuts, and liqueurs to craft unique and delicious flavours. During the workshop, you can experiment with various ingredients to create your own combination of divine flavours. Additionally, you will learn how to decorate and garnish your chocolates like a professional. Throughout this workshop, you will learn how to make delicious ganache using only the finest quality ingredients. You will also learn how to hand pipe the ganache into professional moulds and decorate your handmade chocolate treats using your newly acquired piping skills. At the end of the session, you will be shown how to hand decorate a lolly, and a prize will be awarded for the best one. A wonderful workshop with a very friendly expert team of two who took time and care to ensure we were all thrilled with our final chocolates. Beyond what I expected. Lots of choices as to white, plain or milk, plenty of options for fillings and wide choice of moulds. I made mine with a dark chocolate ganache with raspberries, champagne and nuts - heavenly! Given gold boxes and wrapping ribbon to complete an exquisite gift. We even had a decorated chocolate lolly competition!
