You'll start at Bray Cured, learning to create perfectly cured and dried charcuterie meats, followed by a delightful pre-golf luncheon featuring a range of Bray Cured meats and products. It’s the perfect opportunity to mingle, indulge, and savour the delectable offerings of Bray Cured. After a satisfying luncheon, head to Huntswood Golf Course where you can rent clubs or bring your own. The 9-hole course offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Unwind at the clubhouse's licensed bar, sipping on a well-deserved drink after a morning of charcuterie making and a round of golf.

Charcuterie Courses:

  • Duck: From butchery to curing and cooking, you'll learn different charcuterie techniques which use every part of the duck
  • Salami and Chorizo: Learn how to butcher your meat, blend your own salami and chorizo, cure and ferment and create your own sausage
  • Bacon: Work with butchered cuts of heritage breed meat ranging and learn about salami and bacon production

  • Minimum age 16

  • Selected dates throughout the year
  • Charcuterie courses run from 9.30am until 1.30pm
