Why buy from us?
If you're a chocolate lover who's always wanted to learn the art of chocolate making, then the Paul A Young online chocolate-making course is just for you! In this course, you'll learn from master chocolatier Paul, who will share all his secrets on tempering and ganache with you. The course consists of professionally filmed videos and assignments that you can complete in your own time from the comfort of your home. There are four modules to work through, and if you choose the enhanced Expert option, you'll get personal feedback and tutoring from Paul himself. Plus, you'll receive a certificate of achievement signed by the award-winning artisan chocolate maker once you complete the course. Paul's passion for chocolate started when he was working as a pastry chef for Marco Pierre White. After winning an award for his signature sea-salted caramel truffle, he decided to open his first Paul A Young chocolate boutique. Now, he's sharing his knowledge and expertise with chocolate lovers around the world through these online sessions. You'll learn everything from tempering and hand enrobing to using moulds, rolling, and decorating your artisan chocolates. One of the highlights of the course is Paul's secret salted caramel filling recipe, which will help you make gold award-standard truffles that are absolutely sublime!
