My son 10 came for an hours session after his grandma booked it for him as a Christmas present. The team was very helpful in getting us booked in, both for the pilot and some interested spectators.As a big aviation fan, my son was very excited for the experience. Ben is a great instructor, and was brilliant in taking him through the controls and what to expect, tailoring the sessions teaching so my son would get the most out of it.He did some exciting takeoffs and approaches at Heathrow and a very dramatic Innsbruck, as well as practicing some stalls. We went home with a very happy customer already asking about the next booking Highly recommended.

An excellent setup for pilots and passengers. Ben made the experience really engaging and interesting with plenty of takeoffs landings at Heathrow but also in the mountains around Salzburg. We may have dented the front of a few planes but we never crashed It all felt extremely realistic and having a commercial pilot as a trainer made it extra special.

Its the real deal with all the controls from a 737 and is used to train pilots.Richard was a brilliant instructor, using a mix of clear instructions, encouragement and humour. I purchased the experience as a 30th birthday present for my son who has high functioning autism. I accompanied him to the venue, along with my partner and my daughter. I had opted for an hour long experience and after briefing him the pilot, Allan, took him through take off and landing procedures before allowing him to take the controls. The cockpit looked, to us, really authentic and the view through the windows felt so real even though we were viewing from the jump seat position behind the pilots. My son had control for the majority of the time and was flying the simulator through various scenarios including an emergency nighttime landing He thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I would really recommend it

I booked a simulation experience for my sons birthday.The booking experience could be improved. Having a voucher, handling it and trying to call the given phone number no answers is not a smooth process. Anyway, at the end everything has been handled via email and the experience with the instructor Richard was great I really recommend it.
