My son (10) came for an hour's session after his grandma booked it for him as a Christmas present. The team was very helpful in getting us booked in, both for the pilot and some interested spectators.
As a big aviation fan, my son was very excited for the experience. Ben is a great instructor, and was brilliant in taking him through the controls and what to expect, tailoring the session's teaching so my son would get the most out of it.
He did some exciting takeoffs and approaches at Heathrow and a very dramatic Innsbruck, as well as practicing some stalls. We went home with a very happy customer already asking about the next booking! Highly recommended.

An excellent setup for ‘pilots’ and ‘passengers’. Ben made the experience really engaging and interesting with plenty of takeoffs & landings at Heathrow but also in the mountains around Salzburg. We may have dented the front of a few planes but we never crashed! It all felt extremely realistic and having a commercial pilot as a trainer made it extra special.

Brilliant experience. Present bought for a friend, Alan was a brilliant trainer, natural, knowledgeable and a great listener answering our questions tailored to our level of experience (or lack of). After a thorough and informative briefing we were able to practice take off and landing again at Heathrow before heading for the tricky snowy mountain approaches to Innsbruck. My friend was soon “flying solo†(with a little help from Alan) to make sure we landed safely. A great value experience- my friend couldn’t stop talking about it after!

This was a birthday present for our son, who wants to be a pilot.
Fantastic experience. It's the real deal with all the controls from a 737 and is used to train pilots.
Richard was a brilliant instructor, using a mix of clear instructions, encouragement and humour. Our son completed two full flights, including take off and landings, and came away delighted with the experience that exceeded his already high expectations.
As parents, we sat in the passenger seats behind the pilots and were able to video the whole experience.
Highly recommended for anyone wishing to have a go at flying an airliner.

An exceptional experience. Very impressive simulator and the instructor was a true professional who guided me all the way. In the end I actually managed to fly myself through valleys and mountains without disaster striking. Fully recommend the experience, might even give it another go or build one myself!!

From the moment I arrived, Alan was excellent and he was ready with answers for everything I asked about the aircraft and all the techie bits.
The simulator was amazing and the whole experience was very 'in-flight' with even the toilet door being from an airliner!
Thoroughly recommended and I will definitely be making a return at some point in the near future. I just need to remember how to program the flight plan!
