This 30 minute aerial tour takes flight from Elvington Airfield, a former RAF air base for Halifax bombers that played a key role during the Battle of the Ruhr. It’s situated just outside York itself, and it’s towards this historic cathedral city that you’ll be heading off to to take in its many stunning landmarks from a birds eye view, including the Minster, York Cathedral, Clifford’s Tower, The Shambles, The Transport Museum and the National Railway Museum.
