When you buy an open gift certificate for a Ford package, the voucher usually has a 10-month validity period. Please double-check this, since certain Ford coupons and special deals may have a different validity period.

If you choose a certain day for your driving experience, bear in mind that you are making a reservation request, and the day and time you select are still subject to availability.

We usually confirm reservations within 48 hours, but please wait until you receive your final confirmation email before making any plans connected to your stay. The confirmation you receive when you submit a booking request differs from the receipt you receive.

Another important consideration when purchasing Ford driving experiences is that the driver meets all age, weight, height, and licence requirements. Please read the important information carefully because each driving experience has its unique set of requirements.

We will usually highlight if an experience is just for younger drivers in the package name, however this is not always the case. If you organise a driving experience and the driver does not meet the requirements on the day, it is unlikely that they will be permitted to drive; but, if room is available, they will be granted a passenger ride.
