With a fresh new racing surface on the circuit, Tockwith Motorsports Centre makes an ideal driving experience venue in the North of England. You are advised that there are very limited facilities available on-site for spectators and visitors, but there is very basic catering and toilets, so it is encouraged that you dress and equip appropriately for the weather. Tockwith is located close to the A1(M), providing easy access across the north of England and further beyond.

It's also a great place to get behind the wheel of your dream car, whatever your age, as Trackdays is proud to also offer Junior Driving Experiences at the track close to York. Youngsters can learn basic driving skills in a car that is anything but basic – the awesome Audi R8.

After experiencing a taste of this supercar, young enthusiasts may be drawn to our Supercar Thrill, which offers the option to drive between one to three incredible machines. Just mention the Lamborghini Gallardo, Nissan GTR, and Ferrari 430, and emphasize that they can actually drive these cars—watch as their jaws drop!

For adults, although still young at heart, we are giving you a chance to test drive some of the most desirable Supercars on the planet with our special packages.

For example, there are Ferrari vs Aston Martin or Audi R8 vs Lamborghini, among other driving experiences to choose from. It could help you decide which car to buy if you ever won the lottery!

You can also combine a driving experience with a High-Speed Passenger Ride, so when you've had your time behind the wheel, you can then let one of the trained instructors blast you around the track.

Prepare to master the art of handling skids in a safe and controlled environment with our range of Skid Pan Driving Experiences available at Tockwith. We offer a one-hour session, two one-hour sessions, and a two-hour Skid Pan session for two people. These make perfect gifts!

During these Driving Experiences, you'll have the opportunity to drive standard cars on a low-grip surface, allowing you to learn how to control skidding. These small-group sessions provide personalized attention, with three students per car and a maximum of two cars on the track at a time. You will receive hands-on driving time alongside comprehensive classroom instruction that covers the mechanics of skids and techniques for regaining control. As you take turns behind the wheel, experienced instructors will guide you through the process, offering valuable insights and tips. Many of our instructors have extensive experience in rallying and racing, ensuring you receive top-notch guidance.

All of our Tockwith Motorsport Centre Driving Experiences can be booked directly using our Tockwith Experience Calendar, or if you prefer, you can purchase and redeem one of our open Gift Vouchers for the vintage driving day of your choice.

Vouchers are typically valid to be redeemed and used within 10 months, but there is the option to extend your validity period when you check out for a set fee.
