TrackDays features a wide range of vendors' and venues' goods, events, and track days. We work directly with the greatest experience providers in the UK, and their venue and automobile lineup may change from time to time, therefore the specs shown on the internet may fluctuate. They will always endeavour to create an experience that is as close to the description as possible.
Vehicles and Locations
Trackdays.co.uk offers a wide range of facilities, autos, and locations. A substitute service will be given if a service is unavailable due to a failure, weather, or construction activities. It's crucial to remember that sometimes a change of location, day, vehicle, and schedule is required. A damage waiver may be arranged for about £20-£25 per driver. These waivers are normally fully voluntary and may be accepted on the day of the event.
Sessions and Time Limits
An expected duration is stated for all event and session durations. If an event must be postponed, you will be contacted as soon as possible. After your itinerary has been approved, your ticket is non-refundable.
Limitations
Most driving experiences have guidelines in place to protect the health and safety of staff and drivers. Typically, you must be between the heights of 4'11" and 6'6" and weigh less than 18 stone. Passengers must be at least 16 years old. Please double-check to avoid errors, since it changes depending on the vehicle and level of expertise. Any driver engaging in a driving activity or a vehicle track day must have their driver's licence on them at all times. All bike track days need an unrestricted motorbike licence. To participate, you must have the necessary licence. During a car track day, all automobiles are subjected to a static and/or drive-by noise test. We display the static noise limitations on our schedule wherever possible. A vehicle that fails the drive-by or static noise testing on the day of the test will be unable to participate in the circuit and admission will not be refunded. Helmets are required for public track days. To participate in a race, you must wear two-piece zip-together or total leather protection. Any extra regulations and limits will be explained to you before you are allowed to ride on the track. You will not be entitled to a refund if you are asked to leave the track due to misconduct. Participants must understand that the venues we represent have to ensure that the safety of everybody involved is the top priority.
Weather Constraints
The weather may have an influence on your event. Regrettably, rescheduling before an event is not always possible. In the event of inclement weather, track days and driving excursions are often cancelled and rescheduled. Only if it is possible will a refund be issued.
Requests for Reservations
On our website, we maintain our event schedule as accurately as possible. If you can't find the event or date you're looking for, please use the contact form. We will do all we can to assist you. During busy seasons such as weekends and summer months, it is preferable to reserve your selected event, location, and date as soon as possible. If you do not follow the terms and conditions put out by the event host, your reservation will be lost. A reservation cannot be changed after it has been made.
The date and time of your event should be noted in your booking confirmation (this does not include the automatic purchase email you receive that confirms what you have just ordered). After making the transaction, you should get a final confirmation within 48 hours. If any vehicles or equipment become unavailable due to mechanical failure, the venues will offer a suitable substitution on the day.
Conditions of the Voucher
Gift Voucher holders may utilise the purchase price of a still-valid Gift Voucher as part or full payment for any item on the site. Unless otherwise noted, vouchers are only good for one person. If required, a top-up payment may be made to raise the value of a voucher so that it may be used to schedule a more expensive event. Please keep in mind that the cost of an activity may change based on the season. If the cost of the event is less than the amount of the voucher, the leftover credit will be held until the voucher's expiration date. Because your experience must be completed before the expiration date mentioned on the front of your Voucher, we suggest scheduling your event as soon as possible. All coupons are good until the expiration date mentioned on the voucher, after which they will automatically expire and cannot be renewed.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Our gift packages are sent by Royal Mail 48 ®, which takes 3 to 5 working days, or by DPD for Next Working Day Delivery, which takes 3 to 5 working days. To see the final Christmas delivery dates, go to the website's news section at the bottom of the page.
If you get a new personalised loyalty discount code, it is only good for the person whose name appears on the voucher card and cannot be used to book anybody else for an event. This covers both additional drivers and passengers. The deal is valid for booking any UK track day on our website, subject to availability. This certificate is non-refundable after the first track day appointment is arranged.
Damage waivers paid on the spot may incur an extra cost from some providers. We make it plain to our consumers that they are not required to purchase anything in order to participate in the event. All of this will be discussed in the safety briefing. Damage waivers are recommended in the case of hiring performance vehicles - as accident damage can be expensive.
Unless otherwise specified, all Trackdays.co.uk prices include VAT. We have the right to modify the pricing of any product at any time. If we are unable to fulfil a booking due to a pricing error on the website, we have the right to decline it. If you purchase an experience day or your own car track day over the phone with a staff member, we presume you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Calls to the Trackdays.co.uk booking line are recorded for staff training reasons; however, if sensitive information is provided over the phone, call recording is switched off. Despite the fact that all of our providers are well-known and have been carefully selected, the inclusion of an experience range does not imply that we guarantee any of our suppliers' safety standards or high performance.
All Trackdays.co.uk event attendees will be covered by our suppliers' Public Liability Insurance. Other insurance alternatives, such as 'Own Vehicle and Personal Accident Cover,' may be found by browsing to the Insurance section.
On normal public track days, we do not allow open wheel automobiles.
Trackdays.co.uk has the right to modify these conditions at any time and without previous notification to clients.
