Llanbedr Airfield Driving Experiences

Located near the village of Llanbedr in Gwynedd, northwest Wales, in the Snowdonia National Park - this airfield was one of the top three contenders for the UK's first spaceport! Unfortunately we can't offer you the chance to go to space - but you can book a drive in some of the World's finest supercars.

Try out the Ariel Atom; Lamborghini Gallardo; Audi R8; Corvette C7; Nissan GTR; Porsche 911 and several more. There is plenty of room on this large runway meaning you should be able to comfortably reach up to 120mph if conditions allow.

With frequent VIP landings, aerospace testing, training, and events, Llanbedr airstrip, also known as Snowdonia Aerospace Centre, is quickly becoming a hive of activity.

You can expect to find the core of supercar expertise available to drive at Llanbedr. Of course this list starts with Ferrari and Lamborghini - take a spin in the 360; California; Gallardo; and Huracan. Easily following Ferrari and Lamborghini in terms of popularity - try a time attack with the Porsche 911! Maybe they're too mainstream for you - so try out the Aston Martin V8 Vantage for some high class power; or the McLaren 650S.

If you're more into Japanese Muscle then you can pilot the Nissan GTR R35 up and down the runway - remember Nissan has been at the forefront of motorsport engineering and tuning for nearly a century and all of this culminates in the modern R35. Extend muscle car rivalry across the Pacific with the Corvette C7 and decide which continent takes the crown!

If you want to experience something completely different then we highly recommend the Ariel Atom - a supercar through and through but also nothing like any of them. Super lightweight and an open wheelbase - the Atom is more of a purpose built race car than a luxury supercar so it outperforms most.
