More-and-more Brits are driving supercars, testing their drifting skills and going off-road as 2019 sees a huge increase in driving experience bookings.

And with more and more dates available, we've seen that bookings more than doubled in 2019 compared to 2018 with people booking directly on to a date.

And it’s not just adults who are testing their driving skills to the limit as bookings for junior driving experiences rose by 56 per cent over the last 12 months compared to 2018.

Dan Jones, Operations Manager, said: “It would appear that Brits can’t get enough track and off-road action. 2019 has seen a record number jump behind the steering wheel of a prestigious model, drift car or 4x4 booking directly onto a date with TrackDays.co.uk.”

Indeed, other driving experiences that have seen particularly strong growth in 2019 are 4x4 off-road driving and drifting, up 40 per cent and 59 per cent respectively.

Dan added: “The popularity of drifting, the art of controlling a car slide, has actually been one of our fastest-growing driving experiences recently, while it is also no surprise that more-and-more motorists are enjoying an off-road experience to escape the daily grind, traffic jams and aggressive drivers.
