Trackdays sponsored Velo Schils - Interbike racing team making the headlines - News

Trackdays are pleased to report that our sponsored cycling team, Velo Schils - Interbike Racing Team has been getting plenty of press attention as they compete in tours nationally and across the channel in Europe.

Of particular interest has been the story of Wilson Renwick. Renwick has clawed his way back from a serious injury in 2015 which forced him to stop riding. The rider had reached the top-10 of British riders and is determined to get back to his best. The Velo Schils cyclist recently competed with the rest of the team at the Tour of Rhodes where the Greek national press were particularly taken by the spirited Brit whose captivating story and unreal V02 max even eclipses that of Chris Froome at 90ml/min.

In the two years since his injury the rider has worked hard at his recovery and fitness, recently emerging from the fourth category in Britain and plans to reach the elite again.

The Velo Schils Interbike cycle team were founded in 1997 and are based in Marks Tey, Colchester. Trackdays are thrilled to be sponsoring this cycling team and wish them continued success for the remainder of the season.
