Brits have the chance to give their dads the keys to a Ferrari for less than £50, albeit for a limited time of ownership!
We're for a surge in bookings for Ferraris and other supercars as Father’s Day (the third Sunday in June in the UK) fast approaches.
Other high-performance cars available for less than £50 include Aston Martins, Lamborghinis and Porsches – among the world’s most glamorous marques.
Imran Malek, operations manager, said: "Father’s Day is one of the busiest times of year for driving experiences as the dads of the UK take to the driving seat in some of the fastest cars on the planet.
"Driving a supercar, like a Ferrari, is also a lot cheaper than you might think. It can cost less than many traditional Father’s Day gifts or going out for a family meal, plus it’s much more memorable."
A driving experience also provides valuable family time together, many lasting more than three hours when including briefing sessions, plus the chance for photos and soaking up the track atmosphere.
The most popular supercars include the Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari California, Aston Martin V8 Vantage and Nissan GT-R.
Imran added: "Father’s Day provides the perfect opportunity to spend quality time together, but rather than heading for the nearest restaurant make tracks for Silverstone or Brands Hatch instead."
Meanwhile, research has indicated that in the UK half as much is spent on gifts and going-out at Father’s Day compared to Mother’s Day.
Imran concluded: "Given that Father’s Day spending is way down against Mother’s Day, it’s even more important to make sure every penny counts. Driving a supercar, sometimes on a circuit driven by a motorsport legend, is one memorable way to achieve this."
