Your experience begins with a warm welcome from your tutor before getting to know the rest of the group. You will then learn the fundamentals of professional wine tasting, including the art of swirling, sniffing and tasting, and discover how these techniques can help you identify different aromas, flavours and characteristics.
Next, you will sample five white wines from around the world, exploring their individual flavours and learning what makes each one unique. Afterwards, sit down to a delicious three-course lunch, with a carefully selected wine accompanying each course. Your tutor will explain the principles of food and wine pairing and how the right combinations can enhance both the dish and the wine.
