The tour was absolutely amazing. We thought that wed get through it all in an hour, but we stayed nearly four hours, and we could have easily spent much more time there.Unfortunately, we were badly let down by the hotel lunch, who couldnt even manage to open the dining room before we had to leave to Harry Potter. We waited for 30 minutes, but just ran out of time. for the Harry Potter tourno stars for the the hotel.

The hotel we had our lunch was superb apparently they have had a set menu for the week,we went on a wednesday so it was curry day.Harry potter tour was excellent I felt like a child again would definitely recommend to friends.

Harry potter tour was excellent, 5 stars. Lunch was fine but the slow service was a pest because we had to leave in time to get to the tour Id allow 1h30 at least as 1h wasnt really enough.

Hotel where we had lunch was nice. Service was very slow even though only customers and this was a little worrying as had to watch the time. Harry Potter well worth a visit. Good value. Nice memories.

The Harry Potter experience was brilliant. That alone would have been five rather than four stars. As to the meal the hotel was fine but The menu offered was quite different than that on the sample e.g. no fish. Different still from the restaurant menu which caused confusion in the kitchen. The waiter was brilliant and tried hard to deal with the confusions. Soup was great. Berger okay. Pasta awful. As only four people in total on the deal it seemed no one else in the restaurant it probably isnt the best place to offer the additional meal and unless its better organised. However it didnt spoil what was a great day.
