The owner is a very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, entertaining guy. We learned a great deal about grapevines, sustainability and wine-tasting.

The vineyard we visited was quite small (20000 vines in 2 fields) but in the most beautiful setting. Our group was very small which better enabled ad hoc questions, and our guide was most knowledgeable. There is now a dedicated 'tasting barn' and the wines (only white or rose) were superb.
This is a small and relatively new operation, which only offers tours on 2 days a week for now, and is situated at the end of a rather narrow lane. That said, parking and facilities are very good and we thoroughly enjoyed both our afternoon out and the products!

We had a very interesting vineyard tour. Into the Blue had very kindly extended its expiry by one year due to Covid. The tour itself had a very knowledgable speaker and the wine tasting was well done. We paid extra for ‘lunch’ which was a cheese ploughman’s which was less memorable.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cairn'n'mohr winery. Our guide Andy was excellent, gave us a good tour with lots of funny stories. We enjoyed tasting the wine then finished our day with coffee and scones in the cafe.

My friend and I really enjoyed the tour - it was informative and well communicated. The Chilford estate is quite a wonder, the original owner Sam had a penchant for buying all sorts of weird artefacts that don't really go together! The wine tasting was superb, really enjoyed that element too. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend it. Thanks!

This was our first Vineyard Tour. Gave us an insight into how much effort and knowledge goes into the growing of the crops and the eventual production of the wine. We'll never look at a bottle of wine in the same way again. The 'tasting' quantities were very generous too. Something to bear in mind if you plan to drive afterwards.....

A really interesting 3 hours. Lots of information and facts from a really knowledgeable guide. All followed by a wine tasting with no pressure to buy. That didn`t stop us though and we purchase a few good quality wines at a very good price.

Martin was an excellent guide. The fact that he is the owner and has been working in the vineyard since he was nineteen helped.His breadth of knowledge is vast and his delivery was full of humour and interesting anecdotes. The wine tasting which followed the tour was informative and easily understood. A fab day!

The tour of the brewery and the tasting was excellent, very friendly and obviously family run. Disappointed that we actually did not see the vineyard or the grapes on the vine.
