About the Experience
Cooking Experience Days: Master the art of Vietnamese cuisine during this immersive six-hour cookery masterclass led by professional chefs. Held at a professional cookery school, the class is taught in small groups to ensure plenty of personalised guidance throughout the day. You will learn to cook authentic recipes such as beef pho soup, green papaya salad, summer rolls and fragrant lemongrass chicken, while discovering the delicate balance of herbs, spices and flavours that define Vietnamese cooking. Along the way, you will gain insight into what sets this cuisine apart from other Asian styles.
