Cooking Experience Days: Discover the secrets of vibrant, plant-based cooking with this immersive full-day vegan cookery course. Designed to teach you how to create delicious, 100% vegan dishes, this hands-on experience combines creativity, flavour and nutritional insight using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Held at a professional cookery school, the course is taught in small groups to ensure plenty of one-to-one guidance from expert tutors. Over six hours, you will prepare a range of exciting recipes such as satay-crusted tofu, Chinese mushroom pancakes, aubergine and chickpea tagine, and apple pie spring rolls with caramel sauce. You will also explore vegetarian proteins, nuts and soya products, while learning about the health benefits of a reduced meat and dairy diet.
Lunch is prepared by the group and enjoyed together, with a complimentary wine, beer or soft drink included. You will leave with a selection of dishes to take home, along with the confidence and skills to create bold, adventurous vegan meals every day.
