Master the art of vegan cheese making with this three hour lesson where you’ll learn first-hand how to make cheese with your expert chef. You will be guided step by step from milk to maturation, whilst making the following soft cheeses; Mozzarella, Ricotta or Paneer. The classes are for up to 20 people. The chef will ask a small group at a time to join him/her to prepare and cook during your class, but this is not compulsory. The extensive experience and success is based on this method to ensure maximum education and knowledge is passed onto guests. Please remember this is a cookery lesson with taster dishes and not full size restaurant meals. We are here to teach you. After your experience, recipes are emailed within 24 hours of completing your lesson.
After a warm welcome on arrival, you will get to meet your expert cookery teacher who will talk you through the day's programme and what you will be making during your lesson. Then it will be your turn to put on your apron and get cooking. Throughout the experience you will be able to sample what you have made.
Once you’ve created your cheese you will be able to taste it, along with some hand-made chutneys, breads and Ann's smart oils.
