Throughout the session they will be accompanied by experienced instructors teaching them how to stand up on the board and how to use paddle techniques in the water to guide themselves through the river. All sessions will begin with kneeling on the board and will work up to a full stand, because despite appearances, Paddleboarding is far harder to master than you think! Once you're child has passed and can safely stand on the board, they'll have the chance to play some games. With all equipment provided, this water sports activity is the perfect summer escape and a way to break up the hot days. Two Hour Paddleboarding Lesson
Welcome, introduction and safety briefing
Move from kneeling on the board to standing up, learn paddle strokes, turns and tricks and games
All equipment including boards, paddles, leashes, buoyancy aids and wetsuits (if required) are included
Lessons will take place with one instructor to a maximum of 6 participants (up to 12 participants may be arranged in advance when booking your date)
Suitable for adults and children, minimum age 12, under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult
