Excellent 2 hours spent handling a variety of birds. Really enjoyable.
It was enjoyable but was expecting a bit more.
This was a birthday present, we have always loved owls and the chance to be close to them was fantastic. The venue was easily accessed from the A10. The information and "hands on" with the birds was first rate.

Was a very hot day which made it a challenge for everyone but the experience was very good, thoroughly enjoyed both sessions. The birds of prey and the owls, was all very informative.
I've never been that close to a bird of prey before and it was an amazing experience. It was a well organised event and our John, our guide, was welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Our guide was welcoming and the talk was very informative and interesting. It was a large group (about 20 people) but we all managed to have a turn at flying a few birds. Nice location and good restaurant. However, it would have been nice to have an opportunity to view other birds at the centre not just those brought out for the morning experience.
We spent a very enjoyable two hours learning about and seeing amazing birds of prey. The owner of the birds was very knowledgable, enthusiastic and clearly lives for her birds. It was an amazing, if sometimes a little scary experience to have these beautiful birds land on your hand and to observe their beauty at such close quarters. I would highly recommend this experience.

Amazing experience and the instructor was very informative and enjoyable! It was a large group of 15+ people, but everyone had enough time to engage with the birds without any pressure. I would highly recommend it!
The birds of prey experience was a couple of hours well spent the falconer was excellent and very informative and the handling was very good also the party was not too large so there wasn't a long wait to handle the birds

The birds of prey experience was excellent though it would ha been even better with less participants. There was a long wait between each person having their turn at handling a bird.

Excellent day out, event was well organised and a great time was had by all. We were given lots of information about the birds, how they are trained, handled and also their own specific requirements. We got to handle the birds and feed them - also we had some with excellent opportunities for some great photographs.
The falconer knew her stuff and was very informative in a light and easy way.
It was great that not only did we get to handle a number of birds but also we got so much interesting information about them.
I and my partner (who was only observing) really enjoyed this experience. Birds looked well kept and we were given lots of interesting information about them. There did seem to be a lot of people but this was due to previous bad weather (it has been a very wet spring!) cancelling so many other sessions. I didn't feel I missed out much due to the numbers but did find when the number was less in last hour of the 3 hour session, it worked better. I have been telling everyone I know how brilliant it was.

I have been to several "Birds" experiences, but it's was the worst I have been to, in fact, we you are told to your face" you were late so I didn't order you any coffee" bad start., ten minutes in fact because of an accident on the A1, we were stationary for 35 minutes. Birds were uncooperative, not anyone's fault, but a lot of adverse comments by other people. Should have been, 8 people on the experience, there were 25, I'm a truthful person, but should have known better to go because I saw these two people at an agri. show, not much better there, in fact we walked away before it finished and so did others, I was going to ask for my money back, but didn't, not good, and would not recommend to anyone, let's hope you hear from others on this experience because some people had this as a present. What a fantastic couple of hours we had. Learnt so much about various birds of prey including Owls, Harris Hawk, Eagle and Falcon.. and our host Charlotte was knowledgeable, really friendly and her passion for what she does shone through. If you get an opportunity to do this - make sure you take it!

The Falconry experience was a delight. The very knowledgeable and informative guide was very enjoyable to listen to and have her birds of prey to handle.
A great experience! Charlotte was a real expert, with such enthusiasm and humour. It was really entertaining and we learnt so much from her.
