The Scotland Fishing Trip Experience is suitable for all, but you must be strong enough to work a fly rod without causing any injuries.
You must also have a reasonable level of fitness, as there may be a fair amount of walking involved.

For all wild brown trout, the centre promotes a catch and release policy; however, at your guide's discretion, a fish can be taken when permitted.
There is a strict 100% catch and release policy with grayling.
The Scotland Fishing Trip Experience is available throughout the year.
The Brown Trout season runs from the 15th of March to the 6th of October.
Grayling can be caught all year, but December – February is considered peak season.

You should also bring a packed lunch, sun cream/sun block, a waterproof jacket and a full spare set of dry clothing.
