Encompassing the spirit of the hotel, Wild Heart is a stylish modern British restaurant, located on the ground floor which uses locally sourced produce prepared by the award-winning chef, James Cathcart. Dine in one of the restaurant’s booths or lounge with a cocktail in the cosy bar area. For over a decade, the hotel has remained a mecca for A-list celebrities and some of the biggest names in the music industry. Add some glamour to your trip to London by eating out in style in Soho. You’ll both be able to sit back and relax and indulge in three delicious courses from a varied set menu at the Wild Heart Restaurant located within the stylish Sanctum Soho Hotel. Enjoy delectable dishes such as Salt and Pepper Prawns, Miso Marinated Auberginem Salmon and Avocado Roll and a delicious Eton Mess to finish.
