About the Experience
Your venue for this truly relaxing and restorative experience for two is at The Roade House, a much-lauded hotel and wellness escape located on the High Street through the pretty Northamptonshire village of Roade. It has a dedicated yoga studio, which is where you'll head upon arrival - and on which note, we'd recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your session gets under way to fill in the health questionnaire, which will help inform the direction of your yoga class. An expert teacher will guide you both through a gentle warm up, as you begin trying out a relaxing set of poses that are suitable for yogis of all levels of experience from advanced to novices to try out, all whilst using hot stones for a truly blissful and restorative experience over the course of your 1 ½ hour long session. Then, with mind and body restored, it's time for a tasty treat (or two) as you head to the on-site Bistro Cafe to enjoy a freshly prepared afternoon tea, complete with freshly brewed tea, coffee, cakes, scones and sandwiches, as well as a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to enjoy on the house for a truly sparkling finish to a wonderfully enjoyable afternoon together!

Suitable For
This is a private yoga session for 2 people. This experience is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Instructors will provide guidance to ensure you enjoy the class.
Duration
Your hot stone yoga session will last an hour and a half. This leaves you about an hour and a quarter to enjoy your afternoon tea and Prosecco.
Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the arranged session to fill out a health questionnaire.

Equipment & Clothing
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable to do yoga in. It is recommended that you wear loose-fitting active wear.
You will be barefoot in the yoga studio, as no shoes are permitted.
Most venues provide yoga mats, but it's always a good idea to check in advance. If you prefer, you can bring your own.
It's also best to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
