About the Experience
Cooking Experience Days: Discover the joy of Spanish cooking during this immersive six-hour tapas masterclass led by professional chefs. This hands-on full-day experience invites you to explore the bold, vibrant flavours of Spain while creating a selection of traditional tapas using fresh, ethically sourced ingredients.
Held at a professional cookery school, the class is taught in small groups to ensure plenty of personalised guidance throughout the day. You will learn to prepare classic recipes such as chorizo potato fritters, tuna and egg empanadas, albondigas, prawns in garlic sauce and homemade aioli, while discovering the rich cultural influences behind Spanish cuisine. You will also work with iconic ingredients like smoked paprika, sherry and cured ham to bring authentic flavours to life.
Lunch is prepared by the group and enjoyed together, with a complimentary wine, beer or soft drink included. You will leave with a generous selection of tapas to take home, along with the confidence to recreate and experiment with colourful Spanish dishes in your own kitchen.
