After your adventure, you'll be transported back from Matlock Bath to this meeting point, ideal for celebrating with a drink or meal. The experience covers a 4.5-mile stretch from Darley Dale to Matlock Bath. Starting with a gentle paddle to help you get accustomed to the water, you'll have opportunities to take in lovely riverside views—and perhaps even enjoy some wild swimming! As you progress, be prepared for moderate rapids (grade 2) with names like Tower Fall and Flip Bridge. Teamwork will be crucial as you navigate these challenges. Finally, you'll paddle into Matlock Bath, where you'll see the impressive High Tor cliff rising 120 meters above the river.

  • Please note this experience is subject to a minimum of 4 participants attending on the day, in the unlikely event of this not being achieved your date may be re-scheduled.
