We offer two learning options for you. The "Expert" level is a fully interactive training course that leads to the River Cottage cookery diploma. On the other hand, the "Peer" level is ideal for enthusiastic home cooks who wish to expand their culinary skills with the guidance of the best teachers.
Both courses have identical curriculums, consisting of 12 modules with different themes, each containing four lessons. The modules are professionally produced and filmed at the River Cottage HQ kitchens and are of broadcast quality. To join the online training, all you need is a tablet or laptop with internet or 4G/5G access.
