- Spa experiences are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. As such, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled spa day will result in the forfeiture of your voucher
- Please be aware that all spas provide robes and towels. Branded flip flops are also available to purchase for £5 per pair.
